Can water be broken down by physical means?
It's a chemical compound, so no... Electrolysis is an electrical method often used to generate hydrogen and oxygen from water.
Freeze it. And then SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER. Or boil it, if you want to be boring.
I don't think so.Whether its boiled superheated steam or frozen it's still water. Some kind of technology might be able to break it down through physical means but not by any ordinary way.
