How to feel good and happy when your feeling low?

I know you can go in the shower and put on perfume and stuff but what else could I do to feel better and relax and enjoy the day? I cant meditate....and don't say smile cause I smile a lot, haha

Not an easy thing to do. I do meditate and it helps but you need to think positive and think of the good things in life. Maybe watch a good comedy and brighten your day. Think ahead to the good things that are coming your way! I know it helps me when I'm down. Just lift yourself up and forget about what is bothering you and look forward to a new day.

Make yourself feel pretty, do activities that make you feel nice like making the nails, wearing the best perfume and the best dress.Try to keep in company of people that make you happy. Always make yourself feel good regardless of the situation around you. Every one in the world wants to be around people who feel good about themselves.

Hi, dear. Well, whenever I'm feeling low, I put on some good upbeat music and take a walk outside and enjoy the scenery. The Vitamin D will actually help make you feel better also. I pray while I'm walking. I sing along with the music. It doesn't matter if you can sing or not. Just sing - depress everybody else. LOL I hope you start feeling better soon, honey.

I am kinda going through the same thing as you are ! What I do to keep myself going through the day I like to be able to talk with my friends and to be with my family to help me distrack myself from what as happened lately. and music is a great escape as well. Also I would suggest writing in a journal it always helps relieve some stress !

when ever you have a similar feeling keep in touch with me-i am from india-since you are a music maniac pl listen to our indian -carnatic music both vocal and instumental -initially pl google for eg carnatic music by m s subhalaxmi-i am awaiting for your reply after you listen to one of her songs-there are such thousands carnatic singers- you may also enjoy hindustani music

since you have stated that you also feel low at times ans since you are interested in music i request to listen to wellknown Indian carnatic singer MS subbalaxmi and other carnatic singers in india there are many varieties music one is hindustani and other is carnatic music-while the former is known in north india the latter is best known in south india -it is really soothing and you must not have listened to such type of music-there large number of vocal and instrumental carnatic singers-as a begining and as an introduction pl go to youtube and listen to carnatic music renendered by m s subbalaxmi -i expect a reply from you after you listen to her pl

What helps for me is in a notebook wrote down about my day and my thoughts for the day. Also at the end of the day worrying down good things that happened.:-) Hope this helps!

Bake cookies and give them out to the less fortunate. Doing for others makes me feel better and I'm a big believer in getting back what you put in.
