57 kg is 132 pounds. Your weight is fine; depending on your height, age, and gender, but since you want to gain more weight, eat healthy and eat more calories. Do not exercise, because you will lose those calories that you gained, but you can tone your body by lifting weights and running on a treadmill for a short amount of time, that way you don't lose that much weight. You need to stay away from junk food, that way you don't gain unhealthy pounds.
