What is a good peach cobbler recipe?

I am working on a demonstration project for my english class (i know wierd) and i wanted to demonstrate how to cook this. HELP

INGREDIENTS:drained peaches(3-4cups)
flour(2cups)
baking soda(1tsp)
oats(2.5cups)
brown sugar(1cup)
butter(1cup)
salt(1.5tsp)
DIRECTIONS
grease pan or whatever you desire to cook the cobbler in
preheat oven to 350
puor peaches into pan
mix flour, baking soda, oats, salt, butter(do not melt the butter, cut it up in cubes, it has to be cold) sugar together. until crumbly
sprinkle the dry mixture over peaches
pop into oven and set time for 25 mins
check often so it dosen't get burnt
take out of oven when done and enjoy :)
you can change this to the ammount that you would like to make

A good recipe my family uses is just to cut peaches or apples into slices, pile them in the bottom of an 9 by 13 baking dish, and crumble a combination of brown sugar, flour, and oats on top. Very simple. I guess technically it's a "crumbe" and not a "cobbler." Here is a similar recipe:
