Am I really burning this many calories?
I'm 5'7 and 159 pounds. the calculator says that I'm burning 2,120 calories a day. I don't believe this at all. is this true? cause sometimes I'll eat less that everyday for a week and I won't lose a single pound. I feel like I'm a risky only burning like 200 to 300 calories a day. and I'm askin this without exercise. I am moderately active. always moving and workout 3 times or more a week
