Talk to your coach and talk to a doctor. It depends on whether the wrist is just sore or if it's actually injured, and what extent the injury is. If it's minor you may be able to just put a brace on it or wrap it up. But if it's actually a problem, you don't want to play since that could make the injury worse and make you sit out even longer.
I have bad fluid in my wrist and it makes it to wear sometimes I can't move them at all. but I still played volleyball, it didn't really hurt me unless I was setting the ball, that hurt! but I had to go to a physical therapist and they gave me some excercises to do daily. those work. I don't get the pain in them nearly as much now.
