I get cramps when i start running a few mins, but i dont know why? Should i eat more potassium or stretch i dont know. i work out everyday and i have a high stamia it just when i start running i get cramps?? Thanks if you can help!!

Try working out at least 20 min a day. It will help with cramps And wait about 30 min before doing something active.

where are you getting the cramps? im a somewhat experienced runner maybe i can help
