This has'nt happened for so long i screwed up i got a pimple which i havent gotten for like 2 years and popped it how do i heal my skin !!!

It really looks worse i can cover it with my hair but its really red and big what the quickest way to get it to fully heal without leavening a mark my skin healths is really important to me and im stress about a lot so i dont need this too please help

It's big and red because it's infected. Like Trevor said, clean it with some alcohol. Since you popped it, gently squeeze to drain it and it will actually heal better than just leaving it.

Keep it clean, don't mess with it, and don't put makeup on it. It'll go away quickly.

Okay, first, don't touch it with your fingers again.
You need a fast acting spot product with 10% benzoyl peroxide. Personally, I like Zapzyt which can be found at most stores.
I also suggest wiping your entire face with Stridex Maximum Strength pads (the red box ones), as the stress might make you break out more.
Use a moisturizer (I like CerVe Hydrating Lotion) to keep your skin healthy and clear.

There's nothing you really can do, it's not the end of the world though, it'll go away in about a week

get some avacados,eggs, honey or maple syrup mix them and apply
