I don't recommend creatine. It doesn't build muscle, protein does. Creatine can give you a small amount of extra energy for workouts and it helps with making protein slightly more effective... and there are some negative long term side effects with creatine use. It will do damage to your kindeys and cause mood swings. I had a boyfriend who used it and it really made him act out of character.
If you want to build muscle just stick to protein powders or protein-rich foods.
Working out is about health after all, right? Appearance should come second. If you want to look and feel healthy, natural body building is the way to go.
