Just having "contact" with another woman is not cheating. Men (and women for that matter) can have friends that are of the opposite sex, and have conversations with them, hang out with them, hug, touch, even kiss (like on the cheek, or a peck on the lips), and it's still not cheating. Cheating involves either sexual contact (physical, or verbal), or emotional or romantic feelings/thoughts about another person, while in a relationship with someone else.

I am confused by the question because .. "All" men aren't cheaters .. and "any kind of contact' with other women doesn't constitute 'cheating' .. FAR from it.
So I ask .. are you suggesting that if a man has contact with a women (even contact with a cashier at a grocery store, or converses with the receptionist at his doctors office, or asks for help in a department store from a clerk (who happens to be female) ... that he should be labeled a cheater? Pffftt .. really?
Or lets take it even a little further, are you suggesting that a man can't have a normal conversation with a woman, while sitting on a bus, or even a mutual friend? Does THAT constitute cheating too?
I'm thinking maybe perhaps the problem is not a man actually having 'contact' with a female .. The problem is stemming from a complete control freak trying to control her man to the point of ridiculousness.
Any kind of contact? You just sound like a jealous person. If you take your time to get to know somebody then you might find a good person. But if any contact is considered cheating you'll never find somebody. Jealousy is never endearing.
