You are supposed to eat 6 meals a day. A big breakfast, a snack, Lunch is supposed to be your biggest meal of the day, another snack, Dinner, and then another snack. Make sure your diet contains a lot of proteins since you want to gain weight. Hope this helps btw I got this info from a nutritionist.

...Drink orange juice and eat nuts... look up healthy weight gain foods.. But you shouldn't gain weight too fast. It's not healthy. But why would you need to gain weight fast?

O ok. Healthy weight gain is the best thing to do. You could also exercise more while eating the things on the list to gain muscle mass so you don't look so "thin" But I mean as long as you're not like a 0 I'm sure you're fine.

i was anirexic and bulemea i know they are spelled wrong but yeah eat as much and as often as you can , but keep in mind make it healthy. or you can buy stuff from a pharmacy to make you hungray alot . hope i helped god bless

That's not fit, that's deathly underweight. (Or you're particularly short) My 6 year old relative weighs that much.

I'm not. look up the average weight for a thirteen year old child. Of course, if he/she is, as aforementioned, less than the average height for a thirteen year old, that is a completely different situation.
