It certainly helps, maybe not right away but after some time you will notice how stuff can play out better. Don't be discouraged by "bad things" life sucks but everything causes something to happen, for better or for worse depends on how you use what is learned from everything, with god makes everything easier to understand and Helps make you and others better, which is better for the world- that's my speech take it as you will
Yes, it is possible. Consider asking this question: What makes lightning?
Well, if you see it from the idea of a god, all you have to do is answer: God makes it. Those are just three words and yet the question can be answered like that.
Now, actually do the research on it, and you'll see the answer is more than three words. Yes, it is possible for anything to happen without god. However, for those who don't know the answer, god seems to be the only logical choice.

The answer to the creation of the world just hasn't been answered by science yet. Think of it this way. Hundreds of years ago people thought at baby mice were "born" from hay and not other mice. (spontaneous generation) Now days we know that's not true, and that mice are born from other mice. I believe that it's the same with the creation of our world. For now, people like to say the world came from god... but someday we will have a real, solid, and scientific answer to the world's creation... and it's not god.
Quite the contrary. All things are possible, only, without 'God'. The existence of an all powerful deity would exclude the possibility of *anything* other than an objective purpose and design. The very preassumptive existence of the Abrahamic god of all creation, is a murderous stranglehold on the realm of all possibility and independent thought.
Scientifically, philosophically, logically, there are limited options as to the existence of the universe. 1. Life is all an illusion. 2. The universe has always existed. Now we have evidence from science that the universe had a beginning; it is impossible for it to be infinite. Time and matter began along with the laws of physics at a particular point. Science calls it 'Big Bang'. The Bible says "in the beginning, God..." Same thing. 3. The universe sprang from nothing. Again, science shows that everything that has a beginning (see #2) has a cause. To believe everything came from nothing is against laws of science and logic. 4. The universe had a cause, which must be larger than itself. The Biblical worldview says the cause is a Supreme Being (we call God) revealed as I AM. This is the most logical and rational option, beyond a reasonable doubt.
To answer your question, I believe that without God, the universe and life would Not be here. God is the uncaused First Cause, Someone outside the realm of time and space. He is eternal and the Creator of time, space and matter as we know it.
It is impossible for any creature to live without God whether that creature acknowledges God or not. No creature is autonomous and thus an island or a law unto himself. At the end of the day he is a creature who was created and as such needs a continuous supply of power for him to continue to exist. Whether he feels this power or not is not relevant for without it he would not be able to exist for even a billionth of a second.
The spirit of man is sustained by the creative Power of God which is released into the Creations continuously. He takes of this Power and uses it for himself in his thoughts, volitions, actions and words. It is what gives him strength for his activities. He is, however, accountable for the way he uses this Power, whether for good or for evil. We use the Power of God for our activities! It is immaterial whether we acknowledge this Power or not. It is there and is used in manifold ways by every one of us.
"God did it" is not only a pretty useless explanation for that which we don't understand, it is also really retards any possible understanding to be gained. The widespread understanding of evolution -- the most important and successful theory in science EVER -- suffers from the retardation "God did it" causes.
Every time you call someone on your cell phone, remember it wasn't any faith in any gods that helped us understand everything that goes on in completing communication with someone on the other side of the planet. It took a great deal of science--whilst the religious community kicked and screamed by the way--to study and learn and share what we'd learned. Same with using computers and the internet. You might just want to THANK GOD that god had nothing to do with it! HA!
That's true. God created all things perfect in the beginning. It's sin that has made a mess of things in this world with the devil's help. The Bible tells us we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 3:23; 6:23). The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. Who can know it. Jer. 17:9. We must repent and turn from our wicked ways, and receive Christ into our hearts (Acts 3:19-20, Rev. 3:20). God bless you.
