Why are my arms only building muscle on top?

I have been building for about 3 months now and it seems that my muscle is only building on the tops of my arms. What can i do?

You may not be doing the right exercises to build up your triceps. Try different things, when you begin to feel burning sensations in the bottom of your arm, do that exercise more often.
