Windows 7 games FreeCell, Solitaire, Hearts, Spider Solitaire are generating .BAK files. Is it safe to delete them?

I am using basic System Mechanic, 3.7 industrial (never plan to update it) delete junk files for XP, Vista and W-7. It detects these left-over files from the games, as well as McAfee backups left from ,dat updates.

yah it safe to delete but you dont just simply delete them you have to uninstall them. if you dont know how click the start button, go to control panel, programs, uninstall programs, turn off or on windows features, it should be somewhere in there that says games or windows feature

Are you answering "YES" to the game itself or just the .BAK? That is my question--the .BAK file. And if yes to .BAK, is it covered there in Games or Windows features?
