Who's Responsible in this situation?
I sold a Wii U on eBay For $200, barley used , 100% working,it came with the gamepad, wires and a game. I Packed it in a Box and filled it with crinkled up news paper* almost the entire newspaper* for padding and sent it in.
almost a month after he revived it he said he opened it up and then complained the disk tray isnt working and want a full refund. I told him since he open up the system he ruined its value, and there a 99% chance he broke it that way. then he turned around and said he didnt actually open it and just looked up how to but didnt end up doing it. he messaged me a week after he got it and said he needs the password so he can format it so i know he used it. He claims the WII U is a gift for someone else and he hasnt used it except that one time, and that why he claims he took so long to complain. HE tested the game around the same time he first got the system, but he claims he ended up Testing it on his Own system and not the one he ordered so he didnt know it was working or not" WHich really doesn't makes sense.I think hes trying to get one over on me, who do you think will win the case? the system is super strong btw
