Decrease your calorie intake . By that I don't mean eat one less donut or hamburger I mean your going to have to change your diet completely . Lets just say you do lose an extreme amount of weight I can almost guarantee your next question is going to be how can I bulk up . Just workout and eat healthy you can't go wrong with a good eating plan and a solid workout regiment . Try waking up on an empty stomach every morning and walking for an hour . Do this for a year. Just walking man doesn't get much easier than that . Give it a shot .
