Can you loose muscle the same as loosing fat?
I'm bulking right now, I'm trying to gain 30 pounds more muscle than fat but I am eating a lot. Im trying to get somewhat muscular and big for right now but in the future I wanna get lean and ripped/cut but not buff. I was wondering how would I be able to loose the muscle gains that I want right now. Do I just stop lifting weights and my muscles will get smaller or is it once you gain muscle you keep it?
