How much will it cost me to get married at the JP in PA?

To get married with the Justice of Peace in the State of Pennsylvania you will need to find out what forms and documents you will need to bring. These may very , because each county may have their own requirements. You will need to have a photo ID and your Social Security Card. You do not need to be a resident, but some counties require that you speak English, or bring someone who can translate. If either one of you are divorced, bring your divorce decree or a certified copy of it. Also, if former spouse is deceased, the date of death will be necessary. There is a 3 day waiting period. The fees are approximately $40 to $75, cash only. Verify fee with the county you wish to be married in.
