Of course. If they didn't, questions and answers that are categorized under Religion and Politics would be removed instantly. But in the public, some religions are having a hard time speaking with so many haters.
The courts have ruled the government can place "time and circumstance" limitations on your freedom of speech. The common example is, you can't yell FIRE in a theater.
Nor do you have Freedom of Speech in school ... because it may infringe on the Right of other students to receive an education.
In the past decade ... government has imposed "Free speech zones" on protestors/supporters, when a federal politician is in town. IE: you only have "free speech" if you stand in a marked off area (usually out of sight of the politician's visit).
The freedom of speech guaranteed in the Constitution only limits the government from restricting speech except in cases where it can cause physical harm. Yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater is the standard example. Also, inciting a riot is another example of the government's right to restrict speech.
But when it comes to private individuals or organizations, they can be restricted by other private individuals or organizations with impunity. A lot of people complaining about abuses of free speech don't really understand what it means.
Yes, America still has the freedom of speech. I can create my own youtube video and talk about my opinons, which may offend some people, all I want and nobody can arrest me because I have the freedom of speech.
