Hurts to stand, read description.
In choir at school we have to stand for an hour. We rarely get to sit, and I absolutely hate standing. I have great posture ( I've been told, and I know I do), but I hate standing for over 10 minutes. I know it sounds weird, but I feel more comfortable standing on one leg. Standing for a long time makes my legs itchy (I have no clue why), and hurts my feet and back. I get super dizzy from singing as well in choir, and I'm afraid to ask to sit down because we aren't allowed to. When I walk around, I'm fine. But it's just when I stay in one place. Why don't I feel comfortable standing, and why do my legs get itchy? Is there any way I can get myself to be able to stand for a long time?
