If I get up and walk 50 feet, I am out of breath and have to seat down before walking again. What could be the cause? What should I do?

It could be a symptom of cardiac problems, especially if you are middle aged or older. See a doctor tomorrow or sooner, at least to put your mind at ease. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Talk to your doctor. It seems like a more serious problem.

My aunt had the same problem! You should really go to the doctors as soon as u can, it can get serious. Does ur heart rate go up? Because if it does, it can get very serious
