You could focus on what changes you need to make and make gradual changes or join Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. I heard JC is the best, but expensive. There is also Overeaters Anonymous which doesn't cost anything and they don't weigh you either. For some this is helpful. When I was going they had 2 cups of salad every day, but if the greens bother your stomach after awhile use the salad ingredients without greens, like chopped tomatoes with cucumber, garbanzo beans, etc. I focus on what changes need to be made and getting enough exercise. Organic foods are good for you especially organic eggs and fresh veges and fruits.
