Anger relates to your expectations.You want everything to be the way you want it or use to it. Toimprove, -be more sensitive to other people way of looking at things and experience. -avoid confronting with anger situation. -takeup a hobby or interest which are more relaxing. -spent some time to yourself away from everything. First, avoid stress. When you're stressed, you are more likely to be hot tempered. I also have a very bad temper, so I sometimes control it by stopping myself before I say something bad, breathe deeply and zip my mouth or just simply walk away from that annoying person/situation. Good luck.
There's medicine, I think, but that never solves the problem. The best thing for me to do is either chew some of my, um, chewing tobacco or I just simply walk away and take a walk around a forest or ride my bike.
Unless you suffer from a medical condition or mental impairment you can control it. It's just hard to control. For instance if someone strapped a bomb to you and it would detonate if you lost it I think you could maintain. Read about anger management. Save you trouble in the long run.
