What can you do to lose weight other than run?

i have been running for the past month but i havent seen a big change and was wondering if it is healthy for me to run every day?

I did the Advocare 24 Day Challenge, and lost 6# and dropped 3 pants sizes. I didn't just lose weight and inches, that's lame. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I got fit, toned, and healthy. My metabolism was changed, my eating habits got healthy. www.advocare.com/110914755

eat healthy things drink lots of water before you eat and before running. do lots of exercises and keep going

Lift weights do
Crunches that helps a lot in your stomach and I'm doing the squat challenge ( it's online of you want to cheak it out) but that tones your butt and legs:)

I bought Hip Hop Abs from BeachBody and it worked wonders. It was SUPER fun and only 30 minutes, 6 days a week.

Actually you don't want to run, running burns carbohydrates not fat , if you want to loose fat then you should eat less carbs an power walk for half an hour instead of running , also no soda an eat only fresh and self prepared meals
