How can I train my senses to become stronger and more aware?

cut t.v. and all electronics spend time outside.. meditate.. surround yourself with good people.. wake up everyday with the intent to learn something new.. it could be anything about someone or something.. practice being humble.. listen to others rather then doing all the talking.

Spend lots of time outdoors just quietly sitting and observing. Knowingly or not you will become extremely connected and aware to everything happening around you outside and inside.

Thank you, I tend to take time for it personally fifteen minutes minimal daily. Today I watched two owls who I've been around for two years now. They let me walk within ten feet and have never flown away. Sit spotting (the name I use for my answer) is the basis for all of it

it helps by taking some senses away like closing your eyes and touch things and figure out what they are....or covering your ears and figure out things

meditate and only stimulate the senses you want to train. it's very very possible for you to heighten your senses but that's one thing that takes A LOT of time spent and A LOT of motivation

Different ways, like for hearing close your eyes and focus on what you hear and figure what it is, same thing with smell.
