How do people who do not have a computer and/or computer skills sign up for the ACA?

Phone or snail mail or go through any group that's facilitating of go to the library and use their computer for free

The ACA mess. Is that not what we were talking about? It's all a big screw up like most goverment programs are

Yes, of course. We've never had trouble with web sites before. Government, private enterprise... It just NEVER happens till now

Well they may go to their local library and use those old, slow computers free. ACA has many definitions.. That's why computerized surveys or ratios are not accurate, when the poor don't participate.

Well, apparently there are a couple of other means - like the telephone where you will be told to go on the website that doesn't work. Or you can, indeed, use a computer at the library (or wherever) and run into the same shutdown that computer owners do. Lots of great choices - huh?
