What would you call a condition in which all of the cerebral cortex except the temporal lobe is underdeveloped?

Report as

'Hypoplasia' is the medical term for underdevelopment. I know of no specifically named condition, as the human brain is so complex. It would be the same as trying to name a condition for a single defective hair on ones head.
