What should have in the morning for breakfast

bacon (make sure it's crispy....mmm) hot chili peppers, peanut butter and jam sandwich, bag of chips, Sprite, hot tea, five-egg omelette, enchiladas, two cheeseburgers, (don't forget onions) Coke Zero, quiche, apple pie and cheese, onion rings, chicken parmesan, tacos, nachos, Franks Red Hot Sauce, chicken wings, chicken-fried rice, fried chicken, black licorice, mayonnaise
That ought to do it, I guess....................until lunch.

oatmeal, whole grains cereal, toast n tea, fruits veggies, smoothie, banana and healthy bar, oats.

Waffles or a bagel and cream cheese. Those are SUPER good. Or things like Toaster Scrambles and Toaster Struddles are pretty wonderful too.

Oatmeal with fruit on top and a little almond milk, apple with peanut butter, whole grain cereals with almond milk and fruit, smoothies, granola with yogurt and fruit, etc.
