I'm 14 with lower back pain when I stand up to fast and jump on a trampoline, what causes this and is there a way to fix it?

Also when I do sit ups occasionally it will hurt.

this is something a chiropractor does and should be done by an adult. lay on your side legs straight then bend the top on to make a 4 then put your hands on your hip. then have someone (at the same time) push your chest towards the floor and your hip the other direction, dont go too far. if that side doesnt work do the same thing to the other. itll crack your lower spine. if that doesnt work try a real chiropractor

I think it's just sore because your back should hurt from sit-ups because its for your abs and if its not its most likely something a doctor should see

Would you call yourself overweight? If you are female would you say you have experienced a growth spurt of your chest? I ask because these are the most common cause of back pain for someone your age. Both can be fixed.
