i'm depressed too... what i do is: watch TV, listen music, play games,browse my favorite topics on the net, and sit on ask.com. the main thing is to keep urself engaged- not sit idle or focus on depression; works 4 me.
Try to focus on something better then depression. Try to be more active and try to focus on that more then you do depression. If that doesn't help then maybe try seeing a counseling service. I hope this helps a bit for you if you agree with it.
I have depression . and what you should do to try and overcome it is talk to really close friends/ parents about how you're feeling. I am the type of person who doesn't like that idea tho. I don't like talking about it with anyone and I keep all of my emotion to myself. what helps me tho is listening to music , reading quotes, and just knowing I'm not alone and I'm not the only one dealing with it. hope this helped . stay strong love
