Not at all. It's impossible to perceive what the 4th dimension consists of. It is beyond all human comprehension because we have reference point by which to compare it. The most basic definition of the 4th dimension is described as, being perpendicular to a right angle. And that is something no human being has ever been able to experience.

If you want to call it that, but I watched a short film in the fourth dimension. It was in 4D because you could feel what went on on the screen: someone was sprayed with water, and a light sprinkle came upon the audience. A wind came on the screen, and we were blown with an unidentifiable wind.
I recommend a book from the collection " The Big Questions" titled Physics", author Michael Brooks (Physics& Cosmology Consultant) There is a chapter "do we live in a simulation? " which can give an answer to your question, or at least a starting point to find your own answer.
Dimension needs two opposing directions or two opposing something's. Left right is one dimension. Up down is another. Forward backward is the third. If you can identify opposing directions in dreams I'm with you.
