Is this pain normal?

I have a cold. The gross taste and funny feeling in my throat is gone. All i have now is the stuffy nose and sore throat and bad cough. I sleep alot. But i woke up to having bad stomach pains even in the chest by the rib cage. It hurts to stand n lay on my back kinda like bruiced insides or constipation pain. Should i be worried?

It is most likely from the bad cough that you had. It's nothing that you should worry about. The pain will eventually subside on its own. Ibuprofen or Advil may help reduce the pain, but it might not help that much. You will need to take something for the cough that you have though. Coughing a lot can cause bruising of the lungs and more complications if it's not treated well.

I actually broke two ribs by bending over and coughing, you could be sore from all the coughing, sneezing and things like that you don't normally do all the time, Advil, Motrin , may help with that;)

Its probably nothing, but I was having the stuffy nose and sore throat for over a week and I eventually had to go to the doctor and I have a respiratory infection and are on watch so I don't get phenomena, so if this is happening for a while you might want to go to a doctor
