How much muscle can I build for doing 24 push-ups a day in about 2 months( do not remove)
24 push-ups a day...What's that, about 1 push-up every hour? (do not remove)
not much but you can get about as strong as a baby poodle :)
you can get a lot of muscle really, but not a whole lot where your buff but you'll get a lot of muscle
i don't think u will get that muchbut i am not sure so don't stop trying
24? That's it? Umm nothing at all.
Do about 100 then workout bench about 200 pounds then jog/run 2-5 miles thats what i do every day in athletics you have to be in shape for my schools football team ( i wish we disnt have to do that though )
Seriously?! You loose about 39 pounds.
Not much. I do about 2-3 hundred a day and that does nearly nothing for me.
2 months? Not much, a little but because first your body had to lose all the body fat and then the muscle comes in. And that process takes months of its own
Not much...you'll just get lean not big! And you need to do more than 24....push yourself till you can't go anymore!
I did 60 regular push-ups, 30 knee push-ups, 30 wall-ups(put legs on wall and do sit ups), and 80 sit-ups every day for 3-4 months. I can lift 200 lbs, more than my weight, and I'm a girl.
You won't build that much muscle mass, it'll just tone and define what you already have. You'll need to actually lift weights to build muscle.
You been getting on the pushups bad user name 2000 . You have been on here for a few days wonder what happened to you . I seen a couple posting that you put my name on
