......well...everyone just pretty much summed it up. but, people also have to consider the "bright side" of this. he might just love you alot, wants to take it to the next level, trying to be romantic, etc. but it's up for YOU to decide and to remember that cheesy but helpful saying, "just follow your heart"....or gut...whichever is better :S

I think it means that is how he sees you...for whateva reason you come to mind when he hears the song..you didn't say whether that was your man or not but it sounds like he's not so how you take the dedication is totally up to you..some girls might like it some might be ready to spit in his face..it's on you.
