Don't try to do this more than one week, though. It's too hard on your body. Also, your body will, because your using way more calories than you're taking in, "think" it's starving and it will slow down your metabolism. You'll gain the weight back fast, and it will be harder to lose the next time. Slow and steady is best. As I was told, feed your hunger, not your appetite. Hunger is the physical feeling in your stomach that it is empty. Appetite is that naughty little voice in your head that whispers, "There's still come cake left."

Yes, lots of H2O, U won't gain H2O weight if couple it with fibrous foods such as: Oatmeal, apples, oranges, wwheat grains, bran, etc. Be sure to take your multi-vitamin! Don't push it! And surprisingly... SLEEP! Wierd, I know, but true! Good luck & do be nice to your body along the way.
Don't eat fatty foods like candy, chips or pop. Jog every day until you feel fatigued or tired. While you watch TV do some sit ups or crunches. Stay hydrated and eat lots of vegetables and fiber! Stretch and loosen up the muscles before you exercise. Lift some weights and if you have a pet play with it:)
Drink 64 oz of water per day(required). For the first three days the more you eat the better however it exists of particular foods. That would be: raw green vegetables(may dip into lite dressing), chicken, fish, ground beef, roast beef and 1/8 cantaloupe morning and night. After the first three days(you may have already lost your 3 or 4 lbs by then), the red meat is a no no, the fish and chicken are the meats, still the raw veges in lite dip and now you may have two small servings of fruit per day. IE: 12 med strawberries, 1 small apple, 12 grapes etc. Remember the water is a MUST everyday. This is the diet L.A. go vegan with no carbs, oils, sugars, added colors or salt, no dairy, no meat but eat ALOT of beans for protein, and leafy greens for calcium and other things. i lost 6 pounds in a week by doing this :) i hope it helps.

I know a way that you can lose up to 25 pound a week by eating regular food no tricks nothing bad for you and it's just sertain things you eat each day different things and it flushes your body fat out. And like I said it's jus regular food no tricks and the only money you have to spend is the money for the food that you go buy yourself at a grocery store so I get nothing out of it but you get the weight loss you want my dad lost alot of weight from it I was shocked if you are interested I will type everything you need to eat each day
Losing more than 2lbs/week is SUPER UNHEALTHY and will do waaaaaay more harm than good after you stop all the weirdo diets & dieting advice out there. Just stop drinking pop (drink water) and eat healthier snacks instead of chips. Your body will naturally go to its NATURAL happy medium ---- and GUESS WHAT - not everyone is genetically built to be a skeleton, so be HEALTHY not skinny! ;) -Super muXi
