A family member of mine wants to lose weight...What can I do to help?
She wants to lose weight from her hips and stomach...she doesn't have to get abs but she wants to get slim. But what slows her down is her back pains...when she starts exercising her lower and sometimes her upper back starts to hurt. what do you recommend to help lose weight...please don't suggest things such as videos you have to buy to help you exercise. If it's something daily that would surely help, thank you!
