I signed a no contact contract in highschool with another student , does it still count if i graduated?

the contract said that we weren't allowed to be near, or talk to each other so if i can talk to the person or not, can anyone help?

Without having full details of the situation (as to why the "no contact" order was given in the first place), it's difficult to give good advice on this. In general though, if the other person is still in school, then you need to stay away, especially if they are still under the age of 18. Once you are both legally adults, and out of school, then if they want you to contact them, that's probably fine - but if they don't, then you should stay away, or you could find yourself with an adult restraining order.

If it was something done by the school and witnessed by the parents, then it's binding.

If they are still under 18, then you need to stay away, or their parents will probably find a way to press charges of some sort.

If It wasn't law enforced, its probably only for highschool.

Do you still have the contract? It should tell you in the fine print.
