No but it also depends on how much rest you gotten I think (as I could be wrong) the less sleep you get you get puffy eyes but it all in all when you get puffy eyes that means you didn't rest. Cause when you get your full 7-8 hr (maybe more depending you and your body) rest you wake up refreshed and no puffiness.
Drink lots of water and cut way back on sodium, salty foods. It could be genetic, do other families have puffy eyes? Have you been sick? Allergies, age, sun exposure... Many things can contribute to puffiness.
