how can I work out my chest? what do I work on first chest or arms?

I decided that starting tomorrow I am going to start working out, but I don't know much .. if you have any recommendations please (: (:

Why wait until tomorrow? If you have a set of dumbbells, you could do chest flies. Probably push-ups would work your pecs in addition to other muscles.

It's usually a good idea to work out most days of the week, but to do different activities or concentrate on different muscles. So maybe you lift weights one day, go for a run or swim the next day, back to lifting the day after that. You want your body to be healthy and well-balanced - strong muscles AND strong cardiovascular system.

yeah I have a schedule allready and its monday, wed,friday- abs and upper and tues,thurs,sat-run/lower body.. is that a good routine?

Sure, if that works for you. I think the important things are consistency and variety; that sounds sort of contradictory, I guess, but I mean it's important to work out most days & mix it up a little. It's also good that you're giving yourself a day off each week. Keep it up and you'll start to notice positive change. Good luck!
