Looking for a creative idea for a heat shield for behind a woodstove....any ideas ?
I've shielded a few woodstoves over the years. I usually use a piece of sheet steel painted with high temp paint mounted to the wall with ceramic spacers to leave at least an inch of air space between the finished wall and the steel.
Some type of stone or rock
I've always copper decoration tiles are pretty cool, but put some kind of heat barrier behind them like Hippie said.
Decorative tin ceiling tiles after you do the thing the hippy said.
