Is it true that dark chocolate is good for you? And if so, how?

yes! it has anti-oxidants in it:) but dont eat a ton of it haah if u want chocolate thats the best kind to have for you

OMG! I did not know it was good 4 you ! Wow I will force my self to eat it know. ( I do not like dark chocolate )

Yep, because of the antioxidants! Especially dark chocolate.
