What are some fast ways to lose chest and belly fat?
I'm 17 years old, 6 foot and weight about 210 pounds with 64% body fat and I'm only fat around the belly and chest. My arms are toned, strong and lean and so are my legs. I don't have a fat face look, I'm just fat around the stomach. I run a mile a day on average 5 days a week. I don't eat junk food, the unhealthiest food I ate this week is papa johns pizza. I've cut down on breads and get 10 hours of sleep per night at least. None of this stuff works for me. How can I get lean? and don't say what my parents tell me, they always say "you're fat because God wants to to be, leave it alone and be who God wants you to be" I'm not going to blame it on God, I just want to be lean. What is the fastest way to lose body fat.
