I have an 8th grade dance coming up in May, how do I lose weight?
I am 14 and I weigh 174 lbs I want to look good in my dress and I wanna be thinner not just for the dance but I wanna be healthier and looking feel pretty by May I am aiming to be around 130 lbs at the least, is that possible? and how do I do it? can u give me meal Ideas such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks??? I've heard that if I lose more calories than I take in that means I will lose weight right? I live near a firehouse gym so I will go there everyday after school for about an hour and try to lose more calories than I ate that day. the main thing I wanna know is...is it possible? and how?
