How do I lose fat?I'm 18 years old and 226lbs.I have a flabby stomach/chest.
I do planks, push-ups, and walk at a fast pace at least 4-5 days a week. I eat very little junk food. I eat a big breakfast to start off my day, small lunch and a small dinner with healthy snacks in between meals. I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, water all day and hot or iced tea at night with dinner then water right after. I don't eat after 9PM. It's been 6 months and there has been almost no results. I initially dropped 10 lbs the first few weeks of doing this then nothing else happened. I do not have access to a gym. Can someone please help? I'm sick of looking like I do and I hate that I'm so insecure that I can't take my shirt off in front of anyone. Any advice that will help me is appreciated!!
