How do I remove tabs from my toolbar?

There is a tab on my toolbar next to where the page you are on is showing, how do I remove this tab?

To delete a tab from your toolbar you can either right-click on the tab you wish to delete or close and then select "Close Tab" from the drop-down menu or you can click on the "X" button.

When I right click it does nothing.....It is next to my window page and it just won't go away.....It was put there somehow and I need to remove it...
