I'm guessing your talking about V(t)=k+rt k=t subscript 1 r= amount added each time t= number of days, years, seconds etc.
In this case, just knowing $3.50t only fulfills V(t)=k+$3.50t. There are too many variables to figure anything else out, so you cannot create a situation. (Unless it can be any situate that uses $3.50t, which I doubt).
T equals the total number of ticket that sold for $3.50 a piece. So, to find the total amount of money made you take the number of tickets sold (t) and multiply it by $3.50. If 3 tickets were sold, you would take 3.50x3. And get the total money made.
