Customer dis-satisfaction and ask for refund
Products were ordered through company website. Package came in without the items. Called customer service for resolved and we were asked to wait for reply by email. One week later, there was no answer. Called company again and talked to the same person but no solution. Manager was requested to involved into the problem. CEO returned our phone call with angry voice. He started with: " We do not have any problem. You have the problem. What do you want? Do you want to scam us. This is MY company. You can call police or seek for lawyer. Do what ever you want to do. I can come with you to the court. This is MY company. Do you understand. This is scam....?. When he was asked to calm down and let us to explain the situation and we could have the solution. He yelled louder and said ?There is NO solution. This is scam. I already contacted my lawyer. This is our last conversation. Do not ever to call / contact our company again....and he hanged up. How to get our money back? Pls help.
