They wear them because they think it's hot (it's not) and when they get mad it's because they don't like you because they are shallow
It's cause it's not for u to see they wear the shirt for other people to see haha idk I don't wear shirts like that... But I really think it's cause web they catch u on it u get embarrass and they think it's cute or it will make u wanna look more.. Idk :)

I was gunna ask this but thought it would be taken down. It really gets me mad. If girls dress like that we#039;re gunna look. The same way as if we were tight shirts. Your gunna look. But the thing is we don#039;t get mad. Girls will wear the skankiest things and be like. quot;oh well you don#039;t have to look. They don't think it through. They probably think that they deserve respect, even though they aren't respecting themselves.
Some girls just want attention, so that is all they wear. Most of the girls that do that want to just so they can say that some guy was looking at her in a weird way. It's for attention and gossip. Or so it seems where I live.

I don't even know how to answer this. I don't wear low cut or tight shirts. I wear like regular t-shirts. I think the only time I've ever worn a low cut tight shirt was when I was with my boyfriend and I did it on purpose... But yu know I'm not trying to be a hoe.

They want attention from someone their age.
It's a complicated issue. It is mostly because they are immature about their sexuality. They are starting to learn how powerful an attraction they can exert on guys. But they still don't know how to use it, so they abuse it. Most of the times is just innocence, but sometimes they do it with bad intentions. It is true that sometimes they do it to attract a particular guy, but they don't realize (or understand) that when the send those kinds of signal pretty much any guy is going to pick up on them and respond, not just the guy they are interested in. Also, their hormones are raging too. And they try to show their "availability" (in a biological content) and sexual maturity by showing a lot of skin. The problem is that they still don't have the knowledge or experience to know how to do it properly, so they go by what they see in magazines, tv, movies etc. "I see how much attention that girl gets, I want that attention too, I'm going to dress like that" but they usually don't know how to handle it. And when they attract the "wrong" guy, they get mad because that is not the guy they want the attention from. They just haven't learned that those signals are universal, not JUST for the guy they are interested in. The sad thing is that a lot of times they still do it when they are adults, and that is problem that gets compounded with adult issues.
Next time you see a girl dress like that, go and ask her "when you were dressing like that this morning, what exactly were you thinking? What exactly were you thinking when you looked at yourself in the mirror?
I don't wear skirts
They are attention seekers. If they get mad at you it's only because they don't think your cute or they just don't like you or feel creeped out by you. But if it's not for sale, Don Advertise It!
I've worn shirts like that before, sadly. But I did not want guys attention or anything, I simply did not want to out on a tank top because it made me look frumpy. When my guy friend looked at my chest, I just pulled up my shirt and tried to keep it up.
I agree, it's stupid the way people act sometimes, but they have got to think about it.....I mean if it's there, it does not matter what gender the person is, they are gonna look. They have only themselves to blame, you can't walk out of the house in a hoochie shirt and expect people not to look at your boobs.
Because a lot of girls are trying to be be sluts and show their boobs so they can get a guy they like. Girls have tried it on me and it worked sometimes but not very often. They mostly just dont want you looking at their boobs cause they want another guy to look but you cant wear a tank top with your boobs clearly visible because if your hot and have big boobs people are gonna look. No matter what.
That is what they want they want they are acting like they mad but their not. They like that kind of attention because their sluts.
