I think I have appendicitis AKA a bursting appendix?

Alright, so I've looked around the Internet to try and find some symptoms for appendicitis, and I have a couple. One, I have slowly increasing pain in my right side, where the appendix is. Two, I have some gas and bloating, another symptom. And finally, I have to take a dump pretty bad, the other symptom. Is this a sign my appendix is about to burst?

If you suspect it is your appendix, please go to the emergency room. As someone that has had this happen, it is better to go before it ruptures. We are all different, but my experience was an increasing pain in my stomach which then expanded to cover most of my abdomen, but mainly the lower right quadrant. Later on I had a fever, nausea and dry heaves. When it ruptured, I had the most intense pain in my abdomen and felt like I would pass out. Rupturing causes many more complications and can be deadly. Please see a doctor.

Press down on the right side, if the pain stops then starts back up when you release your hand, It's another sign.
Regardless, call your doctor.
