Whatever you believe, honestly I know people will freak at me for saying this but active Christianity (anything just past the believes, when you get into anything else which is almost everyone) is actually a cult. So whatever you want and be careful of things like that.
Personally (and I mean personally.....many find religion very important to their lives), I don't believe in religion. I believe in Faith. In my opinion, JESUS gave us this beautiful thing called Faith. Since then humans have been messing it up with religion. Just one more thought: it's funny to me when I hear people say that they aren't religious, they are actually spiritual. I think, OF COURSE you're spiritual!!! You were created by a SPIRIT.

Assuming there is such a thing as a soul, it depends on from within which religion one is making the judgement about which other religion. Toward the end of my theistic life, when I still believed in a supernatural soul, I would have answered "No" to that question.
It depends on which religion you choose to believe in. Honestly, as long as you're living your life based on righteous morals and can humble yourself to further guidance and development, there wouldn't be a need for religion.
All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, or reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work. 2 Tim 3:15,16
friedrich nietzsche once said something like : "even if god did not exist, humanity would have need to invent him." what he is saying is that humanity itself requires an object of faith, from which they seek counsel, and to guide them
